Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Orders under $70.00: $6.99 

    • Orders $70.00 and over: Free Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide the most reliable and efficient shipping service to our customers. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates. Technical delays within the carrier network may occasionally extend transit times.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Non-Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Bandsanity is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Damaged Shipments

We ensure all items are structurally intact prior to dispatch. If you receive an order that has sustained physical damage during transit, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at support@bandsanity.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence for assessment.
