30-Day Change of Mind

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, show no signs of assembly or wear and returned with all original packaging intact.

• Packaging: All original packaging, including protective inserts and tags, must be intact.

• Exclusions: Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

100-Day Quality Guarantee

We provide a limited guarantee for the structural integrity of our products within 100 days of purchase:

• Coverage: This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects and material failures that impede the functional performance of the product.

• Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual cosmetic degradation, surface scratches, or material thinning resulting from standard and expected usage over time.

  • Improper Use: Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, negligence, or applications exceeding the product's design specifications.

  • Accidental Impact: Physical damage resulting from drops, collisions, or other external forces.

• Technical Assessment: All claims are subject to a technical review to distinguish between material failure and standard usage-related wear.

Refund Processing Time

We are committed to processing your return or refund request within 48 hours of receipt. Once your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
