Shipping
- Free Australia shipping on orders over $70
- Tracked shipping information sent by email
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout
- If your parcel arrives damaged, contact support@bandsanity.com within 48 hours with photos
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-day return policy from date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
- Contact support@bandsanity.com with your order number before sending anything back
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos
Warranty
- 100-day limited warranty on Bandsanity bands
- Covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use
- Does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or water damage to leather bands
